Take the "Notice Life. 1 Minute Challenge!"
I challenge you to stop what you are doing and just look around for 1 minute. It's hard to be quiet and pay attention for 60 seconds. But if you do, something extraordinary awaits no matter where you are. Look out the window, watch people nearby, or listen to the sounds. Look for the small things, the details that you will only Notice if you are looking for them.
